The mission of the Center is to support research activities for DSU faculty and staff in the study of educational equity specifically related to the professional development and student experiences of diverse identities across the P-20 educational pipeline. The Center promotes humanistic research and critical praxis to amplify voice, affirm identity, and advance belonging a to better understand their formative lived experiences and multiple identities.

The center’s activities are organized around centering student experiences through three A’s: amplifying voice, affirming identity and advancing belonging.
